Title Real Estate Advisor
Overview Our client is a prestigious leader in international corporate real estate, providing clients with consultation on office and industrial relocation and renewal; project and portfolio management; design building and financing. Their mission is to be the pre-eminent provider of these services in Toronto. They currently seek an Real Estate Advisor to support their Toronto offices.
Responsibilities For polished and seasoned sales professionals, corporate real estate is the platform to utilize your C-level call capabilities (President’s CFO’s, COO’s, VP’s of Finance) and management skills, developing and enjoying long-term client relationships.

For sales professionals with 3+ years B2B experience, corporate real estate is the next step in the development of your sales skills and business acumen.

We expect you to make 6 figures ($125,000+) in your second year. There is no top stop on income. You are not constrained by product or service issues.

The business is relatively stable in good times or bad, client need’s continually change.

The clients you deal with are at the highest level as real estate usually represents the second largest expense on an income statement. You’ll meet and negotiate with C level positions and business owners.
